Moved to SC in 2014 and our pets have been clients of Cleveland Parks downtown Greenville location since our first visit. The office environment is like visiting family that truly care for your pets! We were here 20 plus years ago. Recently moved back to downtown Greenville and have a new puppy. Our initial puppy visit was perfect. Looking forward to many years here.

Dr. Garrelts does her job like she really cares about not only her patients but also for her patient's sometimes nervous, sometimes too talkative parents, like me. On top of that, she is exceptionally knowledgeable and not afraid to admit when she does not know something and then make the effort to find out and inform. A true gem, in my opinion!

Love the staff there, they are my family just as much as my pups are my children & have answers for every question that I have. Most people always have negative thoughts on veterinarians but it’s they’re job & nothing is free when it comes down to skill or knowledge plus they have insurance options lol. Great team awesome experience 10/10 would recommend!

I always feel like everyone at your office genuinely cares about my dog. Everyone I’ve spoken to is kind, patient, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I also feel like I’m never pressured to do anything specific for my dog, just given options and information as well as professional recommendations, which means a lot.
