I’ve been bringing my dogs to this office for years, and I truly can’t imagine trusting anyone else with their care. I started coming here when I just had my GSP, Ithaca, and now that my family has grown to include Clyde too, they’ve continued to provide the same incredible level of care and compassion. Everyone on the team genuinely cares about the animals they treat. Their communication is always excellent—they take the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make sure I feel comfortable with every decision. You can tell their priority is doing what’s best for your pet, not recommending unnecessary services or making you feel pressured. It’s so refreshing to find a veterinary team that truly puts animals and their families first. A special thank you to Jasmine, Cierra, and Dr. Hammet. They are such kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate people who always go above and beyond. They make every visit a positive experience, and I know my dogs are in the best hands. If you’re looking for a veterinary office that treats your pets like family, I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for everything you’ve done for Ithaca, Clyde, and me over the years—we appreciate you more than you’ll ever know!

My family has been going to Cleveland Park for over 20 years. I tried 2 other vets at different times, and had bad experiences. I feel safe with my pets at Cleveland Park. They have been so kind when we’ve had to put our loves down, amazing when they found our dog’s spleen was so enlarged it was about to burst & did emergency surgery staying way after closing time, and also saving my dog’s life (many years ago) when she got run over by the mailman. It’s a bit different after Dr. Phillips retired, but the doctor’s are still incredibly caring and knowledgeable. I won’t take my pets anywhere else.
